Firstly, we need a location with a building that we can convert to a Naybaz store. This can either be your own building or perhaps, a vacant building that is available for rent.

Next, we would have to conduct an analysis based on the size of the building, location, population, and several other variables to determine the feasibility of the project.

If it is indeed feasible, we can proceed with the project whereby we assist with renovations, acquiring of licenses and stocking the store.

You, the Naybaz partner, are responsible for operating the store and receives a commission based on the profits of the store
